1. Grant of License

Yakup Habanoğlu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to:

• Install and use the App on your own personal devices
• Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use it in compliance with the terms of this EULA

The terms of the store you downloaded the App from (App Store / Google Play) also apply alongside this license.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the App
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App
• Modify the App or create derivative works from it
• Rent, sell, distribute, or sublicense the App
• Use the App's content (message pool, visual design, sound) separately from the App
• Use the names "Mutluluk Baloncuğu" and "A Bubble a Day" or the related logos without permission

Rights that cannot be restricted under mandatory law are reserved.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App and its content belong to Yakup Habanoğlu. This EULA grants you only a limited right of use, not ownership.

Open source components used in the App are covered by their own licenses; the list of these licenses can be viewed in the App under Settings > Legal > Third-Party Licenses.

Messages you write yourself belong to you; they are stored only on your device.

4. Updates

• Released updates are also covered by this EULA
• Yakup Habanoğlu reserves the right to provide or not provide updates
• Some updates may require a minimum operating system version
• If this EULA is updated, the new text is published in the App under Settings > Legal

5. Data and Privacy

This EULA should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

The App does not transmit any data on its own; it has no server, no user account, and no analytics or advertising components. Your settings, your own messages, and your favorites are stored only on your device. The only way data can leave your device is if you press the Share button yourself and choose the destination yourself; in that case the content is handed to the operating system's share sheet, and no copy reaches the developer.

6. Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you breach its terms. You may also end it at any time by removing the App from your device.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ends
• You are obliged to delete the App from your device
• Intellectual property rights remain with Yakup Habanoğlu
• Data stored on your device is deleted along with the App

7. Pricing

The App is free to download and works fully with its core features, even without a Pro purchase. One bubble and its surprise per day, unlimited favorites, the visual share card, local notifications, the classic bubble theme, 22 special day themes, and the transparency, sound, and language settings are free. Four bubble themes (Sunrise, Ocean, Meadow, Moonlight) and writing your own messages (up to 10 messages) are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase ("Pro"); this is not a subscription, and there is no auto-renewal or recurring charge. The price is shown in the store and may vary by country. Payments are processed by Google Play, refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy, and the developer does not have access to your payment details. If you change devices or reinstall the App, you can regain your Pro entitlement for free using "Restore purchase".

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". Yakup Habanoğlu:

• Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Gives no guarantee as to the personal impact of the App's messages
• Does not provide medical advice regarding mental health

Important: The App is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing difficult psychological issues, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.

Your statutory rights under mandatory consumer legislation are not affected by this section.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Turkish law applies. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. The rights of users who qualify as consumers regarding the choice of competent court/authority under applicable consumer legislation are reserved.
